2. Products

We create handmade, bespoke wooden memorials and keepsakes. As each item is custom made, slight variations in grain, colour, and finish may occur.

We do our best to photograph and describe our products accurately. If you have any questions, please contact us before placing your order.

3. Orders

Orders are confirmed once payment is received in full.

Custom and personalised items are non-refundable unless faulty.

Please check all spelling and details carefully before confirming your order.

We reserve the right to decline or cancel orders at our discretion (e.g., in cases of misuse or suspected fraud).

4. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in GBP and include applicable UK taxes unless stated otherwise.

We accept payments through Bank Transfer and Credit Card, Debit Card & Paypal facilitated by Shopify.

5. Delivery

UK delivery is provided via Courier

Estimated delivery times will be provided at checkout and in your confirmation email.

We are not liable for delays caused by postal services or unforeseen circumstances.

International orders may be subject to customs duties and delays, which are the responsibility of the buyer.

6. Returns and Refunds

Due to the bespoke nature of our products, we can only accept returns or refunds on non-personalised items if they are faulty or damaged.

If there is a problem with your order, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your item. We may ask for photographs or additional details to resolve the issue. See our refund and returns policy for more details.

All content on this site (text, images, designs) is the property of Natural Memorials and may not be copied or reused without written permission.
