We check the burial ground requirements for you
Every burial ground has its own rules about memorials, covering the materials that may be used, to the design, size and finish.
As part of our service, we liaise directly with the burial site on your behalf.
This ensures that your chosen memorial will meet all requirements and can be placed seamlessly once it is complete.
Personal service for all custom wooden funeral memorials
Because every piece is unique, we provide individual quotes rather than fixed prices.
The cost will depend on the wood you choose and the level of detail in the design.
To help you visualise your memorial, we create a mock-up before final approval.
Prices for bespoke wooden natural memorials
Prices for bespoke wooden memorials typically range from £600–£900.
Each piece is lovingly handcrafted and finished with Osmo’s natural UV-protective oil to honour and protect the wood for years to come — this is always included in the price. And for orders over £500, you’ll also receive a complimentary care kit to help you look after your memorial as it becomes part of your family’s story.
The Natural Memorials ordering and manufacturing process

Step One
If you’d like to chat through your ideas, simply get in touch — even if you’re not sure what you want yet. I’m always happy to guide you and help shape a design that feels right. Together, we’ll create a memorial design and I’ll send you a mock-up so you can confirm the layout, wording, and any special details

Step Two
Once you’re happy with everything and the quote is approved, a 50% deposit secures your order and I can begin crafting your memorial.

Step Three
When your piece is complete, it can be delivered directly to the burial site or to a private address, fully assembled and ready to place.
Wooden memorial benches
Our handcrafted memorial benches can be engraved directly into the wood or fitted with an engraved metal plaque.
The final size and design will depend on the location where the bench will be placed.
Benches generally range between £700 – £1500, with the option to include engraved text, images, or 3D details.
There are no restrictions on the number of engravings — we simply advise on layout to ensure the design remains clear and beautifully balanced
