Order Processing Time

Each memorial is handcrafted to order in our Norfolk(UK) workshop.  Orders are usually dispatched within 5-7 working days unless stated otherwise on the product page. You will receive another notification when your order has been dispatched.

Shipping Rates and Estimates

 We are pleased to offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders within the United Kingdom.

• Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery is 2 business days.

International Shipping

At this time, we only ship to addresses within the United Kingdom. We do not currently offer international shipping.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email notification from us. If your order includes tracking, this email will include a tracking number. Please allow 24hrs for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 3 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at lynne@naturalmemorials.co.uk with your name and order number, and we will investigate it for you.

Damages and Issues

 In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at lynne@naturalmemorials.co.uk with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis, but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
