I believe a memorial should feel like the person or pet it remembers, not something picked from a catalogue. That might be a guitar for a music lover, a favourite saying, or a paw print that’s unmistakably theirs. I keep every piece as natural as I can: solid wood, gentle finishes, and made to sit quietly in a garden, a woodland or a home. From the Norfolk workshop I share with my husband Rob, I make only memorials, and each one gets my full attention.
